ORDERED: Defendant' Motion to Amend/Correct/Modify Scheduling Order and for a s Scheduling/Status Conference (document 261) is GRANTED as follows. As to Defendant Martel and Plaintiff only, the discovery deadline is extended to August 1, 2006, and the dispositive motion deadline is extended to September 1, 2006. Defendant Martel shall serve written discovery by May 8, 2006. All other Defendants shall produce their discovery to Defendant Martel by May 5, 2006. As to Defendant Martel and Plaintiff only, the deadline to disclose experts is June 30, 2006; the deadline to disclose rebuttal experts is July 14, 2006. Experts shall be deposed by August 6, 2006. As to Defendant Martel and Plaintiff, each shall have one fact deposition and one expert. ORDERED: The Final Pretrial Order was not approved; a further Final Pretrial Conference is set for September 5, 2006, at 8:30 a.m. Pro se Plaintiff shall participate in this hearing by calling the court at (303) 844-2403 on that date and time. Defendants shall submit the proposed Final Pretrial Order by August 31, 2006.
