The Court being fully advised in the foregoing, ORDERS that Plaintiff' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to s Federal Officers' Motion for Summary Judgment (#233) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have to and including August 28th, 2006 within which to file his response. No further extensions will be granted.
