The Court having reviewed Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Correct Reply in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment, and being fully advised of the premises of that motion, hereby GRANTS the Motion to Correct and orders that Defendants' Reply brief shall be corrected to reflect the fact that Defendants have withdrawn their argument found at page 16 of the Reply brief that Plaintiff failed to attach a progress report to his Response brief.
