SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT

Judgment was rendered in favor of the above-named Plaintiff, The Walker Group, Inc., and against the above-named Defendant, J.E.H. Knutson, in the above-entitled action, on the 14th day of November, 2005, amended on the 6th day of February, 2006, in the sum of $671,336.56 plus pre- and post-judgment interest and for fees and costs in the sum of $223,325.71 plus post-judgment interest ("Judgment"). By Order dated September 29, 2006, Defendant J.E.H. Knutson was ordered to pay Plaintiff additional fees and costs in the sum of $4,730.00. The Plaintiff acknowledges payment of the Judgment, Order, fees, costs and interest in full, and desires to release this Judgment and hereby fully and completely satisfy the same.
