Boland IT IS ORDERED that an evidentiary hearing on Defendant' Motion to Enforce s Settlement Agreement and Request for Hearing (docket entry no. 84, filed August 29, 2005), and plaintiff' Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement, or in the Alternative, Motion for s Entry of Judgment (docket entry no. 87, filed August 30, 2005), is set for September 29, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., in Courtroom A-401, Fourth Floor, Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. Counsel shall submit to my chambers, on or before September 22, 2005, proposed witness lists, exhibit lists, original and two copies of all exhibits, and hearing briefs, if necessary. These materials should not be filed in the clerk' office. s Please advise my courtroom deputy, Geneva Mattei, (303) 335-2061, of any anticipated filings or late filings to insure that all necessary documents are present during the hearing. If you intend to use any special equipment, including videos or overhead projections, please make arrangements to provide all necessary equipment and inform the courtroom deputy of the date the equipment will be brought to the courthouse so that we may facilitate clearance through court security. The exhibit list should be prepared on the attached form. Plaintiff' exhibits should be s marked with yellow labels, using numbers. Defendant' exhibits should be marked with blue s labels, using alphabetical letters. If defendant has more than 26 exhibits, please mark them A-1 through Z-1, A-2 through Z-2, etc. Do not use double or triple letters. The civil action number should appear on each exhibit sticker.
