Plaintiff's counsel consents to this motion. The parties have agreed to engage in private mediation with former Magistrate Judge Richard Borchers on April 6, 2006. As was noted by Judge Coan at the time of the final pretrial conference, a private mediator will have more time available to devote to mediation of the dispute in this case.
