In favor of the Plaintiff, Dean Wymer, and against the Defendants, Landvest Corporation and David Mason individually, for eight thousand four hundred and ninety six dollars and no cents ($8,496.00) in unpaid non overtime wages and three thousand five hundred and fifty dollars and fifty cents ($3,550.50) in unpaid overtime wages and three thousand five hundred and fifty dollars and fifty cents ($3,550.50) in liquidated damages totaling fifteen thousand five hundred and ninety seven dollars and no cents ($15,597.00) plus costs and attorney's fees.
