ORDER ENTERED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE CRAIG B. SHAFFER A review of the file and docket in this matter indicates that a final pretrial conference has been set for January 5, 2006. It is further noted that Defendant filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on September 30, 2005 (doc. no. 33) to which Plaintiff has never responded. It is therefore, ORDERED that Plaintiff Susan Von Feist is to be physically present, along with her counsel, at the January 5, 2006, 10:00 a.m. final pretrial conference in Courtroom A-402, Fourth Floor, of the Alfred A.
