Mr. Carr indicates it was his belief that in light of Judge Krieger' order, the discovery deadlines s and trial date would be vacated.

Page Tw o 03-cv -02485-MSK-PAC August 8, 2005 Magistrate Judge Coan advises counsel that she cannot vacate Judge Krieger' scheduled dates s and suggests counsel file a joint motion to vacate dates set by Judge Krieger. The proposed Scheduling Order is reviewed. Parties have held a Rule 26(f) meeting and made Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures. ORDERED: Parties w ill file a deposition schedule by October 15, 2005.

Due to the current trial date, the following deadlines apply: Joinder of Parties/Amendment to Pleadings: November 28, 2005. Fact and Expert Discovery Deadline: January 24, 2006. Dispositive Motions Deadline: January 31, 2006 Motion to Decertify: January 31, 2006. Each party shall be limited to 25 Requests for Production of Documents, including subparts. Parties will alert the Court if they wish to set a settlement conference with Magistrate Judge Coan. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for February 10, 2006, in Courtroom A-901, of the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse. A Proposed Final Pretrial Order is due no later than five days before the final pretrial conference. The proposed Order can be downloaded from the Court' website at www.co.uscourts.gov . s Scheduling Order signed and entered with interlineations. 10:25 p.m. Court in recess. 25 minutes.
