* Are all your Loan Offcers on the form?
* Are all your Loan Offcers signing in and out for lunch?

* Are all your Loan Offcers totaing 8 hours per day?

This form should also be used as II performance evaluation tool for you.
* Are your Loan Offcers workng 8 hours per day only? (40 hour is the acceptable work week)
*Use the report to balance in Saturday hours into the 40-hour work week.
* Are your credit pulls at acptable levels?
* Are appraisals at acceptable levels?
