AMENDED ORDER SETTING EVIDENTIARY HEARING

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the parties'Joint Stipulation Regarding Evidentiary Hearing on Motion to Decertify (#347). Because the parties did not specify the amount of time required for an evidentiary hearing, IT IS ORDERED that: (1) An evidentiary hearing on the Motion to Decertify (#338) is set for May 11, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. It may continue on May 12, 2006 at 1:30 p.m., if necessary but shall be concluded by 5:00 p.m. on such day. (2) The hearing will take place in Courtroom A901 of the United States Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. (3) At least 3 days prior to the hearing, the parties shall provide copies of joint witness and exhibit lists to the chambers e-mail account: [email protected].
