Court calls case. Appearance of counsel. This is the time set for a Final Pretrial Conference. The Court is in receipt of a Proposed Final Pretrial Order which is not signed by the Defendants. M r. Hale notes the Defendants have filed a M otion to Vacate the Trial, currently set August 29, 2005. Discussion is held regarding the issue of disqualification raised when each side named each other' s counsel as witnesses. The Court will issue an ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Each party shall file simultaneous Responses on AUGUST 10, 2005. Each party will then have to and including AUGUST 22, 2005 in which to file responses to each others response. After review of the parties submissions, if the Court determines an Evidentiary Hearing is necessary one will be set by M inute Order.
