ORDER RE: DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Sanctions pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b)(2)(d) for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's Orders and failure to cooperate in discovery as set forth in this Court's Order on Recommendations of Magistrate Judge, and the Court, having considered said motion, finds that the motion is well taken and should be GRANTED. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Plaintiff is prohibited from supporting his claims for lost wages as a sanction for his prior misconduct. SO ORDERED, this ______ day of _________________, 2005.
