The Defendant, Pason Systems, U.S.A. Corporation ("Pason"), though counsel, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(B), hereby submits this supplemental opinion of J. Ford Brett, President of Oil and Gas Consultants International, 2930 S. Yale Ave., Tulsa, Oltlal~oma 14, 741 (91 8) 828-25 11. Mr. Brett's original opinion was filed on May 20,2004, and Defendant intends to rely upon that prior Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2) submission, as supplemented herein.. Mr. Brett's supplelnental opinion is attached to this pleading as Exhibit A, and addresses additional issues regarding the scope and content of the prior art, and the obviousness of the invention disclosed in the ' 142 Patent, on which he is expected to testify.
