("Pason"), by and through counsel, respectfully submit this Stipulated Proposed Schedule for Submission of Privileged Documents and Deposition Designations pursuant to the request made by the Court during the November 17, 2006 motions hearing. The parties have delayed this submission while awaiting receipt of the file of Pason's Canadian patent opinion counsel, Terry Leier. At the time of the motions hearing, Pason had neither reviewed nor produced Mr. Leier's file. DEADLINES 1. January 10, 2007 Pason submits all documents on its privilege log for in camera review Pason and Varco simultaneously submit their respective deposition designations regarding Pason's waiver of the attorney-client and related work product privileges to the extent pertinent to Pason's "reliance on advice of counsel" defense
