Discussion regarding proceeding to trial, rehearing on preliminary injunction and remaining claims construction issues with respect to Claims One, Nine Eleven and Fourteen. Mr. Mathews states Claims One, Eleven and Nine are now part of the case. Counsel agree with Court that case should proceed to trial and any claim construction issue can be dealt with at trial. Court suggest counsel review FJC 2002 Video An Introduction to the Patent System http://cwn.fjc.dcn/library/fjc_catalog.nsf and consider stipulating to the viewing of it by jury venire. Counsel tender proposed supplemental scheduling order to Court.
