JUDGMENT

On February 10, 2006, the Court issued an Order (#51) granting the Defendants'Motion for Summary Judgment (#34). Based thereon, IT IS ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintiff. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall have their costs by the filing of a Bill of Costs with the Clerk of Court within ten days of the entry of judgment.
