ORDER SETTING HEARING

In light of the Court' Order entered today on the parties' s respective summary judgment motions and plaintiff' request for a Markman hearing, it is s ORDERED that a hearing on Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Adjourn Trial (Dkt. # 127) is set for August 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Counsel may appear in person or by telephone. Counsel desiring to appear by telephone shall notify chambers no later than August 16, 2005 of their desire to do so. It is FURTHER ORDERED that counsel desiring to appear by telephone shall arrange among themselves to call to Judge Figa' chambers (303-335-2174) on s one conference line (land lines only -- no cell, cordless or speaker phones are permitted) approximately five minutes before the scheduled time of the hearing in order to be transferred to the courtroom.
