The corrections that plaintiff requests to be made in her motion will be made to the caption of the March 24, 2005 motion. Plaintiff' Motion to Compel Defendants to Disclose Expert Disclosure s Pursuant to Fed.R.P. 26(a)(2) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 36 - Physical and Mental Examination of Persons, filed May 11, 2005 (doc. 122), is denied. Defendant' Request for Attorney Fees contained in Defendants'Response s to Plaintiff' Motion to Compel, filed June 3, 2005 (doc. 125), is denied. s Plaintiff' Unopposed Motion for Sixth Enlargement of Time, filed June 20, s 2005 (doc. 127) is granted in part with respect to an extensions of time and denied in part with respect to the extent of time requested. Written discovery shall be served no later than June 29, 2005, Discovery cut-off deadline is August 1, 2005 and dispositive motions deadline is August 15, 2005. No more extensions of time will be permitted. Plaintiff' Request to Attach an Attachment to the June 20, 2005 Motion s Doc. 127, filed June 21, 2005 (doc. 129), is granted to the extent that it is a motion and the attachment is made to the June 20, 2005 motion.
