STIPULATION AND ORDER
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the undersigned parties, Plaintiff
Jersey Shore Automation, Inc. (‘“JSA") and Defendants Chugach Support Services, Inc.
("Chugaeh") and Safeco Insurance Company of America ("Safeco"), through their respective
counsel, subject to the approval of the Court, that:
l. The time within which Plaintiff shail file its Amended Complaint shall be
extended to Friday, June E7, 2005;
2. The time within which Defendants shall file their Supplemental Memorandum
addressing Plaintiff s Amended Complaint shall be extended to J uly I, 2005;
3. The time within which Plaintiff shall tile a Response to Defendants’
Supplemental Memorandum shalt be extended to July l5, 2005, and;
4. The time within which Defendants shall file a Reply to Plaintiff s Response shall
be extended to July 22, 2005.
