This matter comes before the Court on this pro se plaintiff' filings of November s 4, 2004 (Dkt. # 69) and November 8, 2004 ( (Dkt. # 71), in which she apparently requested this Court to review under F.R.Civ.P. 72(a) the order entered by Magistrate Judge Coan on September 24, 2004 regarding an award of sanctions. As the amounts of the sanction has not yet ben determined, these motions were premature. However, in light of this Court' Order of August 19, 2005, the above motions of plaintiff are now s DENIED as Moot. DATED: August 25, 2005. BY THE COURT: s/ Phillip S.
