ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF' MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM S MAGISTRATE JUDGE COAN' ORDER NO. 6 DATED SEPTEMBER 20, 2005 S

THIS MATTER is before the Court on this pro se plaintiff' filing of September s 27, 2005, partially described above (Dkt. # 181), in which she apparently requests this Court to review under F.R.Civ.P. 72(a) the order entered by Magistrate Judge Coan on September 20, 2005, denying plaintiff' motion filed August 31, 2005 (Dkt. # 164). s Plaintiff' earlier motion apparently requested the court to strike a motion for partial s summary judgment filed by defendants because there were unsigned and unrevised deposition transcripts attached to defendant' motion. s In the same order entered by Magistrate Judge Coan to which plaintiff now objects, the Magistrate Judge granted plaintiff leave until September 30, 2005 to file a supplemental response to the defendants' motion containing signed and corrected deposition transcript pages (see Order of September 20, 2005, Dkt. # 179, at 4). On September 27, 2005, plaintiff filed her supplemental response along with what appears to the Court to be at least 30 pages of supplemental, corrected deposition pages. Accordingly, there is no basis in law or fact to overrule the Magistrate Judge' Order of September 20, 2005. s For the reasons set forth above, plaintiff' motion (Dkt. # 181) is DENIED. s DATED: September 29, 2005. BY THE COURT: s/ Phillip S. Figa _____________________________ Phillip S. Figa United States District Judge
