Counsel shall conduct the deposition of David Mitchell within 20 days from this date. Mr. Waltz will then be allowed 15 days thereafter to designate a rebuttal expert witness, if he feels it is appropriate. If Mr. Waltz designates a rebuttal expert, counsel for Defendant True Temper will be allowed to depose that rebuttal expert within 15 days of designation.
