ORDERED: For reasons stated on the record, Defendant True Temper' Motion to s Designate Additional Witnesses and to Amend Final Pretrial Order [Doc. #67, filed 8/29/05] is GRANTED, and David Mitchell and Graeme Horwood will be designated as expert witnesses. Counsel shall conduct the deposition of David Mitchell within 20 days from this date. Mr. Waltz will then be allowed 15 days thereafter to designate a rebuttal expert witness, if he feels it is appropriate. If Mr. Waltz designates a rebuttal expert, counsel for Defendant True Temper will be allowed to depose that rebuttal expert within 15 days of designation.
