THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the parties' Second Stipulated Motion for Enlargement of Time for Plaintiff and Defendants Big-D Construction Corp. to Provide Responses to Second Set of Interrogatories - and - Certificate of Compliance with D.C.COLO.LR 6.1D and D.C.COLO.LR 7.1A, the Court having reviewed said motion, the file, and now being fully advised in the premises, HEREBY GRANTS the parties' motion. Plaintiff Leprino Foods Company and Defendants Big-D Construction Corp. have to and including October 14, 2005, within which to answer, object or otherwise respond to their respective Second Set of Interrogatories.
