ORDER ENTERED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE PATRICIA A. COAN February 14, 2006 In connection with the Minutes/Minute Order entered this morning at the motions hearing concerning plaintiff Leprino and the subpoena to EmCor, it is hereby FURTHER ORDERED that the documents ordered produced this morning will be produced no later than February 28, 2006. Plaintiff will bear any reasonable costs of production. If any documents are withheld on the basis of privilege, EmCor shall provide a privilege log in compliance with Fed. R. Civ.P. 26(b)(5) on or before February 28, 2006. It is further ORDERED that counsel must prepare the proposed final pretrial order in Judge Krieger' format, and submit it to the Court in accordance with the Court' Civil ECF s s Procedures, Version 2.0 (see particularly §V.L.) on or before February 28, 2006. Counsel are reminded that the final pretrial conference is set for March 3, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom A-501. In compliance with D.C.Colo. LCivR 83.2B all parties, counsel and witnesses shall have valid, current, photo identification when entering the courthouse. It is further ORDERED that any and all motions concerning any remaining discovery matters are to be filed no later than March 6, 2006. It is further ORDERED that the clerk shall serve the within order on all counsel of record and EmCor' counsel, Richard Kaufman. s
