ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME, AS MOOT

THIS M ATTER comes before the Court on a motion by Big-D Construction Corporation - California ("Big-D") (#83) for a one-day enlargement of time to file a reply in support of M arelich M echanical Co., Inc.'s ("M arelich") motion to stay proceedings or for an extension of the discovery cut-off and other discovery dates (#72). Big-D filed its reply (#82) on June 30, 2005, and the Court considered it in ruling upon M arelich's motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Big-D's motion (#83) for a one-day enlargement of time is DENIED, as moot. Dated this 1st day of July, 2005. BY THE COURT:
