ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

On August 8, 2007, the plaintiffs filed a motion for extension for time to file response to summary judgment motion filed by defendants on July 20th, 2007. The defendants filed a partial opposition and the plaintiffs replied. It is ORDERED that the motion is granted extending the time to and including September 12, 2007 to respond to the defendants' motion for summary judgment which response may include a request for entry of partial summary judgment for the plaintiffs.
