DAN LEHMAN, Defendant. _____________________________________________________________________ ORDER _____________________________________________________________________ On November 17, 2005, this Court issued a Minute Order directing the parties to file a joint status report by Monday, January 9, 2006, advising the Court of the motions that remain to be heard at the Hearing on Pending Motions, which is scheduled for Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. On January 9, 2006, the Court received a Status Report (# 97) from Defendant' Counsel which simply stated that the parties s have not reached a disposition in this matter and that Defendant' Counsel was unable s to reach the Assistant United States Attorney. This Status Report does not comply with the Court' Minute Order. Accordingly, it is s ORDERED that the parties shall show cause in writing by Friday, January 13, 2006, why the Court should not impose sanctions for the parties' failure to comply with the Court' Minute Order of November 17, 2005. It is s FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a detailed joint status report by Thursday, January 12, 2006, advising the Court of the motions that will be heard at
