Defendant denies diluting urine samples, states she is a contract worker for OLT roofing, is paid by cash or by personal / business check, receives a 1099 at the end of the year, basically performs gofer/office work, does computer building / maintenance work on the side, pays rent ($550.00 a month) and has a checking account with First United Bank for approximately six months. 11:12 a.m. Statements by Ms. Davies.

Ms. Davies agrees alleged violations have not been proven. ORDERED: Violation report / petition is dismissed. Supervised probation shall continue.

Court states matter shall be considered as a compliance hearing. Defendant states she does not have health insurance and has been taking creatine pills. 11:23 a.m. Court in recess.
