DEFENDANT SCHMIDT'S SECOND SET OF PROPOSED JURY INSTRUCTIONS
Defendant, Norman Schmidt, by his counsel of record, Peter R. Bornstein and Thomas J. Hammond, submits two additional proposed jury instructions. During the course of the trial issues have arisen which should be addressed by jury instructions which were not submitted pre-trial. Hence, the defendant submits a jury instruction on aiding and abetting liability and on multiple schemes to defraud.
