ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR LIMITED DISCOVERY RELATING TO SENTENCING HEARING Blackburn, J. The matter before me is defendant's Motion For Limited Discovery Relating To Sentencing Hearing [#1398] filed October 16, 2007. I deny the motion. Defendant has received all discovery to which he is due legally. He is not entitled to the work product he requests. Defendant has all that he needs to participate fully and fairly in the evidentiary hearing now set for February 1, 2008. All else is for cross-examination.
