Before KELLY and McCONNELL, Circuit Judges.

Ronald Gainor has filed a motion asking leave to withdraw from further representation of the appellant, Charles Lewis, that the court now grants. The district court has made the requisite finding of eligibility for appointment of counsel and attorney Neil Peck is accordingly appointed as counsel for the appellant pursuant to 18 U.S.C. ยง 3006A.. Within ten days from the date of this order, attorney Gainor shall transmit copies of all documents in counsel's possession pertinent to this appeal to attorney Neil Peck at: Snell and Wilmer, LLP, 1200 17th Street, Suite 1900, Denver, CO 80202. Also within ten days, attorney Peck shall file an appearance in this appeal with the clerk.

A designation of record and a transcript order form have been filed in the district court. Attorney Peck shall, within 21 days from the date of this order, review the designation of record and transcript order form already filed and, if necessary, shall consult with prior counsel to determine if a supplemental designation of record or supplemental transcript order form might be warranted. The opening brief of the appellant shall be due 40 days from the date of the filing of the notice of record completion. Newly-appointed counsel is reminded that all filings with this court must comply with the court's order governing electronic submissions. That order generally requires that all documents except appendices be submitted electronically as well as in hardcopy form. A copy of the order is available at http://www.ca10.uscourts.gov/ by finding the electronic submissions option. Further, all motions must comply with the confer and report requirement of Tenth Circuit Rule 27.3(C). The Clerk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit shall transmit a copy of this order to all counsel currently of record and to attorneys Gainor and Peck.
