MINUTE ORDER1

The defendant is currently set to be resentenced on March 19, 2008. However, given the timing of the filing of documents relevant to sentencing, the court has not had sufficient time to review all matters relevant to sentencing. Thus, the sentencing hearing should be vacated and continued. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That the sentencing hearing set now for March 19, 2008, is VACATED; and 2. That on March 25, 2008, at 10:30 a.m., the court SHALL CONDUCT a telephonic setting conference to reset the sentencing hearing for the defendant; provided, furthermore, that counsel for the government shall schedule, arrange, and coordinate the conference call necessary to facilitate the setting conference.
