on March 16, 2004. Matthew C. Golla entered his appearance on behalf of Ms. Schmidt on March 17, 2004. 2. Due to a conflict of interest, Mr. Golla was granted leave to withdraw from this case

on April 30, 2004. 3. Mr. Golla is currently receiving ECF notification on this matter even though he is no

longer representing Ms. Schmidt. WHEREFORE, Mr. Golla respectfully requests that the Court remove him from ECF notification for this matter.
