I write on behalf of plaintiffs National Starch and Chemical Investment Holding Corp,
Penford Australia Ltd., and Penford Holdings PTY (collectively "Plaintiffs") to set forth the
agenda for the discovery teleconference set for Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 9:30 AM.
The disagreement between the parties to be presented to the Court concerns the issue
addressed in the last two paragraphs of the March 3rd letter (D.I. 100) regarding whether Ms.
Sweeney should be allowed to provide expert testimony and whether it is appropriate to address
the issue concerning Ms. Sweeney's testimony at this time.
