filed a Motion To Supplement Its Reply Memorandum In Support Of Its
Motion To Dismiss Dupont's Amended Complaint Or, In The
Alternative, To Stay Any Remaining Counts, Pending The
Contractually Required Completion Of Mediation (D.I. 26);
WHEREAS, Plaintiff, E.I. DuPont De Nemours And Company,
did not file an opposition to Defendant’s Motion To Supplement;
WHEREAS, the Court concludes that Plaintiff would not be
unduly prejudiced by Defendant's supplemental filing;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion To
Supplement Its Reply Memorandum In Support Of Its Motion To Dismiss
Dupont's Amended Complaint Or, In The Alternative, To Stay Any
Remaining Counts, Pending The Contractually Required Completion Of
Mediation (D.I. 26) filed by Defendant is GRANTED.
