Defendants who claim an interest in the subject property and plaintiff reached a partial settlement which provided that the real property, which is the subject of this action, would be sold with the proceeds, less costs of sale, deposited into escrow. The real property was sold on March 30, 2006, and the proceeds have been deposited into an escrow account. The defendants who claim an interest in the subject property have agreed upon the distribution of the sale proceeds, subject to an offer made by John R. Adams, individually, and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert W. Adams, being accepted by the United States. The United States expects final action on the offer within two months.
