Russell, and in compliance with Judge Robert E. Blackburn's Minute Order of June 30, 2006, submits the following Status Report. 1. The only parties to have filed claims to defendant real property are Francisco Dominguez by and through Dennis Hartley, Esq., Fermin and Soledad Venzor by and through Richard Tegtmeier, Esq., Kirkpatrick Bank by and through Bart Boren, Esq., and Amo Acres, LLC by and through Jason Anderson, Esq. 2. The undersigned Assistant United States Attorney have had numerous discussions with counsel for claimants regarding resolution of this case. The United States has obtained an appraisal for the defendant property and is determining if a settlement can be reached in this matter. 3. The United States suggests that the matter be reset for further Status Report in sixty (60) days, on or before September 20, 2006.
