(collectively "Special Situations") Motion For Class Certification, and for good cause shown, hereby ORDERS that:

Lead Plaintiffs' Motion For Class Certification is GRANTED and Special

Situations is hereby appointed as Class Representative. The Court finds that each of the prerequisites for class certification set forth under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(a) is met, that the

action satisfies the requirements for certification under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(b)(3), and that Special Situations is an adequate Class Representative.
