MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL

John P. Stigi, III of the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. ("WSGR") requests that the Court enter an Order authorizing Mr. Stigi to withdraw from his representation of Defendant Quovadx. In support of his motion, he states: 1. Hugh Q. Gottschalk, John M. Vaught and Michael T. Williams have been retained

to represent Defendant Quovadx in this matter and are acting on the direction, instruction and

consent of Defendant Quovadx. Therefore, Mr. Stigi seeks to withdraw from his representation of Defendant Quovadx as counsel of record. 2. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(A) counsel for Quovadx has conferred with

counsel for Plaintiff who does not object to the substitution of counsel. 3. The representation of the remaining defendants will not change.

WHEREFORE, Defendant Quovadx respectfully requests that the Court enter an Order authorizing John P. Stigi, III of the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. to withdraw from his representation as counsel of record for Defendant Quovadx in this matter. For the Court's convenience, a proposed Order is attached. Dated this 8th day of March, 2006.
