ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SEAL

On December 14, 2006, the Lead Plaintiffs filed an unopposed motion for leave to file under seal " their memorandum of law and certain exhibits." The motion' reference to a s " memorandum of law"apparently is to the eighteen page document titled " Lead Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave of Court to File a Second Amended Complaint and to Reopen Discovery for Two Depositions"(Document 224 on the court docket). The pertinent exhibits are the documents listed in the Declaration of Lawrence M. Rolnick, filed December 14, 2006, as exhibits 4, 5, and 7. In their motion to seal, the Lead Plaintiffs state that these three exhibits are protected by the Protective Order Regarding Confidentiality entered on November 5, 2005, and the " memorandum of law"should be sealed because it discusses these documents.
