ORDER APPROVING LEAD PLAINTIFFS' SELECTION OF LEAD COUNSEL

Upon consideration of the papers filed in support of the motion for approval of lead plaintiffs' choice of lead counsel pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 77z-1(a)(3)(B)(v), it is ORDERED that the Special Situations Funds' selection of counsel from the law firm of Lowenstein Sandler, P.C. to represent the proposed class on the claims alleged in the plaintiffs' first amended class action complaint brought under §§ 11 and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C. §§ 77k and 77o, is approved. The

appearance of Lawrence Rolnick, Gavin J. Rooney, and Marc B. Kramer as attorneys for the proposed class is recognized. Counsel are reminded of the requirements of D.C.COLO.LCivR 11.1 for attorneys to sign pleadings and appear before the court. Other attorneys and staff of the law firm performing services in this case are assumed to act under the direction of those individual attorneys who enter their appearances and are therefore responsible as officers of this court.
