ORDER: First Motion to Supplement Tendered Document (Doc. #42) is granted insofar as the Court has considered the supplemental authority tendered. First Motion to Supplement Response to Motion as Amended (Doc. #44) is granted insofar as the Court has considered the supplemental authority tendered. Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. #28) is denied in part and granted in part. It is denied with regard to the discrimination and retaliation claims. The defendant is entitled to summary judgment on the plaintiff's hostile environment harassment claims and therefore such claims are dismissed. Amended Motion in Limine (Doc. #47) is granted.

Motion in Limine to Exclude Testimony by Greg Curry (Doc. #48) is denied without prejudice. The defendant may re-raise the issue at the time Mr. Curry is called as a witness at trial. Motion in Limine to Exclude Evidence of Alleged Visits to Strip Clubs and Conversations about Sex (Doc. #49) is denied without prejudice.
