Plaintiff PolyRock Technologies, LLC and defendants General Steel Domestic Sales, LLC; Genstone Enterprises, LLC; Jeff Knight and Charles Demarest jointly move for entry of the Protective Order attached hereto as Exhibit 1. As grounds for this motion, the parties state that: 1. This case may involve the production and disclosure during discovery and in proceedings before the Court of trade secrets or other proprietary, nonpublic, commercially sensitive, private or confidential information. 2.
