Lead Plaintiff hereby moves for preliminary approval of the Second Amended Stipulation of Settlement dated as of November 20, 2006 ("Stipulation"), filed herewith. Lead Plaintiff also submits herewith a [Proposed] Revised Order Preliminarily Approving Settlement and Providing for Notice ("Notice Order"). Pursuant to the Court's request, the Settlement Hearing is set for February 23, 2007, and the Stipulation and Notice Order have been revised to indicate that the Court will hear Lead Plaintiff's application for attorneys' fees at a separate hearing following the Court's approval of the settlement. For the reasons set forth in Lead Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Approval of Settlement filed on November 15, 2006, Lead Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court to enter the Notice Order submitted herewith.
