COURTROOM MINUTES HEARING: FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE Court in Session: 9:30 a.m. Court calls case. Appearance of counsel. Discussion is held regarding setting a Settlement Conference. It is noted a Motion for Summary Judgment filed April 14, 2005, is pending and the parties wish to not set a Settlement Conference at this time. Upon a decision by Judge Figa, the parties will contact the Court if they feel a settlement conference would be beneficial. The Court STRIKES Item 25 and Item 26 of Exhibit C, Plaintiff' Exhibit List. s At the request of Defense counsel, with no objection from Plaintiff' counsel, the parties are s directed to provide copies of listed exhibits no later than TEN DAYS after the Final Pretrial Conference. It is ORDERED: The proposed FINAL PRETRIAL ORDER which was submitted to the court August 16, 2005 is approved and made an order of court.
