AND SETTLEMENT REGARDING ATTORNEYS FEES UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT filed with the Court on August 17, 2006, and approved by the Court on August 18, 2006 (Docket Nos. 69 and 72). 3. The Plaintiffs acknowledge that there are no other matters remaining to be

resolved as to their Freedom of Information Act claim and that satisfaction of settlement may now enter in this matter.
