APPLICATION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AD PROSEQUENDUM Comes Now undersigned counsel of record and pursuant to this court's request and order applies to this court for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Prosequendum directing that plaintiff Nicky Smith-Bey be transported to this court, the District Court for the State of Colorado, from the Limon Correctional Facility, Limon, Colorado, in time for the trial scheduled to begin on March 19, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. This Application for Writ requests that the Order and Writ of Habeas Corpus be directed to both the U.S. Marshall Service and to the Warden of the Limon Correctional Facility.
