On May 24, 2004, the pro se Plaintiff filed a Complaint (# 1) against Defendant Adelphia. On or about June 25, 2005, the Defendant filed a petition for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (# 4), thereby automatically staying this action pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362. Since the filing of that action, neither party has filed any further papers with the Court nor has the Plaintiff apparently taken any actionssuch as seeking relief from the stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)to further prosecute the case.

Accordingly, with 14 days of the date of this Order, the Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE, in writing, with service upon the Defendant, why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
