Mr. Cohen states that co-counsel, Mr. MacPhee, will draft a settlement agreement for review by Mr. Silverman by the close of business Monday February 27, 2006. Plaintiffs' counsel plan to finalize the agreement by close of business Tuesday, February 28, 2006. 10:05 a.m. Statement by Mr. Silverman.
